NPS Survey ShipServ Terms and Conditions 2024
1. Eligibility
- The survey is open to legal residents of participating countries, aged 18 or over.
- Employees of any company who has an active contract with ShipServ, its affiliates, or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Only one survey entry per person is permitted.
2. Survey Participation
- Participants must complete the customer survey in full and provide accurate, truthful responses.
- The survey must be completed during the promotional period specified by ShipServ
3. Reward Details
- Participants who successfully complete the survey will receive a 500 USD Amazon voucher for first place,200 USD Amazon voucher for second place, and 100 USD Amazon voucher for third place .
- The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Voucher redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.
4. Reward Distribution
- Vouchers will be sent to participants via email within 14 days after the survey and raffle is completed.
- Participants must provide accurate contact information to ensure delivery of the reward.
- ShipServ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected rewards due to incorrect contact details.
5. Promotional Period
- The survey will be open from 13th of December to 13th of January 2025. Submissions received outside this period will not be eligible for the reward.
6. General Conditions
- By participating in the survey, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- ShipServ reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
- Any fraudulent or improper activity, such as multiple survey entries, will result in disqualification.
7. Data Privacy

- Survey responses will be used solely for research purposes and will remain confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ShipServ is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the use of the voucher.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipServ excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in this promotion.
9. Country-Specific Requirements
- Voucher rewards are subject to availability and restrictions in the participant’s country of residence.

10. Language and Disputes
- These terms and conditions are provided in English. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
